The Clinician is responsible for delivery of clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, planning, case management, consultation, crisis intervention and collateral treatment to Western Youth Services clients at school sites.

Responsibilities :

• The Clinician must meet all regulatory and agency requirements regarding the documentation of clinical services delivered within clinical care and resource coordination and staying in compliance with the school district policies.
• Effectively present information orally and in writing in one-on-one, small group and large group settings, including the ability to effectively respond to questions from small and large groups of employees or clients at a school site.
• Teamwork is required specifically within a multidisciplinary team of school, mental health, and social service staff to ensure services are delivered in an effective, culturally sensitive, and collaborative manner.
• School-based Clinicians are expected to deliver clinical services to clients in the school and / or in the community as needed.
• Awareness of contract and program obligations and proactively prioritize time to meet or exceed these program obligations.
• Required to provide minimum direct service hours per contract requirements.
• Timely submission of documentation per agency expectations; and assessment / management of clinical risk.
• Travel required among schools in the district and within the community, as needed

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary : Salary pay rate from $70,824.00 to $74,365.00. The actual salary may vary based on experience, equity, market, and Agency considerations.
