Overview The Position : The Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher is primarily responsible for defining and executing the UX strategy for our products. The Senior UX Researcher will work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and the business goals.

Experience with whiteboard, wireframing, prototyping tools such as Figma & Figjam
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Drive user-centered strategy through research, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis of insights into strategic deliverables that align with business goals.
Design and prototype intuitive experiences using UX artifacts like journey maps, wireframes, and mockups, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity.
Enhance user engagement and onboarding by developing Pendo guides, interactive walkthroughs, and crafting clear, user-focused UX copy across the application.
Measure and optimize product performance through audits, analytics tools, and dashboards to track success criteria and inform continuous UX improvements.
Required to come to the office at least 2 times per week during the first 90 days.
After 90 days, you will have the option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly.
