The behavioral Health Coordinatorr will be responsible for case management of MCC Clients, work as the liaison with Integrated Behavioral Health and the other community agencies, as well as provide direct service to clients as appropriate.

Requirements :

1. Case management experience preferred

2. Experience with mental health clients preferred

3. High School Diploma or GED
