This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm, 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm
• Hospital Setting
• Standard Cases
• 6 to 12 patients per day
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60+ days
• Electronic Medical Record [EMR] : Epic
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support [ACLS],Basic Life Support [BLS], Pediatric Advanced Life Support [PALS]
• Wisconsin State Medical License required
