Hire Up Staffing Services is Fresno's top-rated staffing firm and we're growing fast. We're currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Recruiter to join our flagship Fresno branch. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who has spent the last 23+ years doing high-volume recruiting and interviewing, ideally within a staffing agency or the HR department of a company with large-scale hiring needs. This is a very busy office with a fast-paced, team-oriented culture. We are the go-to staffing service in the Central Valley, known for delivering quality candidates quickly and efficiently. This position is 95% in-office, with occasional (5%) client visits around town alongside our account management team.

What We're Looking For
- 23+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (Staffing agency or corporate HR)
- Proven experience filling multiple roles quickly and effectively
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple job orders under pressure
- Polished, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working 95% in-office, 5% visiting clients with team
- Sales-minded and passionate about connecting people to the right opportunities

Manage a full desk of open job orders for a variety of clientsSource, screen, and place qualified candidates in clerical, administrative, light industrial, and professional rolesPartner closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needsDeliver a high-touch experience to candidates and clients alikeMaintain accurate documentation and candidate recordsSupport front desk coverage and general office duties as neededMinimum Requirements
