Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee all aspects of the sales process and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order placing, billing and payment inquiries.

Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients.

Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare accounts receivable reports for management.
