We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair, and a strong background in natural gas furnaces, boilers, and servicing / installing all major brands.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into as a lead technician. We are looking for someone who is hungry for overtime (though never mandatory, we do NOT have ON CALL EITHER), never afraid of any job and ready to bring a positive, hardworking attitude to the team.

• Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, with a focus on natural gas furnaces and boilers.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform equipment repairs and system troubleshooting across various HVAC brands.
• Collaborate with team members to build and install new HVAC systems according to customer specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, fostering a positive team culture and high-quality workmanship.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean driving record.
• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating HVAC issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Demonstrates a willingness to tackle challenging jobs head-on and resolve issues efficiently, acting as a problem-solver in high-pressure situations. Be the go-to guy.
• Skills
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with natural gas furnaces, boilers, and HVAC system installations and service.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems across multiple brands.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex HVAC issues effectively.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising team members.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
