Overview
We are a fast growing restaurant group originating in San Diego is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high volume Baja inspired fast casual location. The concept is known for fresh press tortillas, authentic street style tacos, quality ingredients prepared in house daily, and a lively guest experience. With multiple new openings planned, this role is key to driving operational excellence and team development in a brand with strong momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with a strong presence in both the front and back of house
- Ensure fast, accurate, and high quality service during peak rush periods
- Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders in the business
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized environment that supports productivity
- Oversee inventory, ordering, prep, and food safety systems
- Uphold brand standards and ensure every guest has a great experience
- Communicate goals clearly and follow through on execution
