Setting : Level 4 NICU, ECMO surgical unit

Type of Cases : Neonatal ICU, ECMO, advanced procedures

Credentialing : 90 days, certifications required in person

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Licensure : Utah – Active or Ability to Obtain
