VENT Fitness Guilderland and Niskayuna, are looking for a dedicated Mat Pilates Instructor to lead engaging, classes as part of our group exercise offerings.

What We're Looking For :

A passionate individual who enjoys motivating and educating participants

Strong communication and leadership skills to create an engaging class experience

Ability to adapt classes for all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout

Prior group exercise teaching experience is required

Qualifications :

A Pilates or group fitness certification is a plus

CPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

A commitment to learning and growing as an instructor

For the right candidate, we offer an in-house training program at no cost to help you develop the skills and confidence to lead classes.

Responsibilities :

Lead dynamic and engaging mat-based Pilates classes for VENT Fitness members

Provide clear instructions and modifications for all fitness levels

Foster a welcoming and motivating environment

Ensure proper form, alignment, and safety during sessions

Represent the VENT Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
