About The Position

Specialty : Nurse Practitioner - Wound care Home Health

Client Name & Location :

Location is at patient home, traveling to each patient 50-60 mile radius

Tyler

Waco

San Antonio

Houston

Dallas - PLLC needed

Dates & Required Availability :

1-2 days for now, then Ramping provider

Shift & Call Details :

See patients in home for about 30 min each. 4-8 patients a day

Job Details :

Setting : Patient Home

Patient Volume : 4-10 (range depends on distance of patients to each other)

Required Procedures : Wound care and application of Biologic to wound

APP Support / Supervision : Has Medical Director as CP

EMR : Practice Fusion

Client Requirements : MUST have knowledge of Biologics and application requirements
