The community you'll be caring for : AdventHealth Hendersonville

The role you'll contribute : Responsible for providing clinical and clerical services under supervision. This position rooms patients, assists with exams and procedures, and performs waived lab tests. In addition, this position actively participates in outstanding customer service. This role maintains respectful relationships with all individuals.

• Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient care to ensure timely visits.
• Serves as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
• Supports relationship-based care and maintains accountability for organizational mission and core values.
• Conducts training sessions, reviews patient care protocols, and ensures compliance with infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintains high standards of care.
