General Worker - 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10p - 6a)

Description

Join our team as a General Worker, where you'll play a key role in supporting multiple areas of production. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that offers variety and the opportunity to learn new skills. You'll be assigned to different tasks throughout your shift, making every day different and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

Safely handle materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks

Operate and feed machines to keep production running smoothly

Assist in various departments including sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, forming, and shipping

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Complete other duties as assigned to support team success

What We're Looking For :

• Safety-driven and committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM, Sunday-Thursday) with occasional overtime / weekend work
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus-but not required! We'll train the right candidate.
