About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Ophthalmic Photographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will capture high-quality ophthalmic images and assist with diagnostic procedures to support exceptional patient care. You’ll work closely with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient history and perform visual acuity tests.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow.
- Perform advanced imaging procedures, including OCT, OCTA, IVFA, and ICG .
- Capture fundus, anterior segment, and external photographs with precision.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in ophthalmic photography and fundus imaging techniques.Hands-on experience with OCT and related ophthalmology procedures.Strong computer skills and familiarity with imaging software.Bilingual skills are a plus.Minimum 6 months of relevant experience .CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).Preferred certifications : COA, OCT-C, CRA .Work Environment
Fast-paced clinical setting with a team of 8–24 professionals serving 80–100 patients daily.Hours vary between 6 : 30 AM and 6 : 00 PM , based on clinic needs.Training provided at the administrative building in the Galleria.Primary location : Bellaire clinic; occasional travel to Cypress, Katy, and Sugar Land (mileage reimbursed for travel outside primary clinics).Dress code : Navy blue scrubs ; grooming standards include short nails and tied-back hair.Why Join Us?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00 / hr.
