Job description

BKR National provides facility management solutions across the U.S.

We are seeking a Conditioned Air Contractor (Class I or II) to serve as our Qualifying Agent in Georgia.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as official Qualifying Agent with the GA Board of Conditioned Air Contractors.
  • Maintain license compliance and supervise code adherence.
  • Provide occasional consultation or oversight (minimal field work).

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Retainer : Depends on involvement .
  • All license renewals and insurance costs covered.
  • Flexible, low time commitment.

    • Requirements :

  • Active Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor License (Class I or II) .
  • Eligible to be designated as Qualifying Agent.
  • Clean disciplinary record.
