A company is looking for a Banking Operations Associate to support the daily functions of banking product operations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve escalated banking-related customer contacts via email

Perform daily back-office tasks including managing card orders and processing complex account issues

Serve as a subject matter expert on core processing administrative platforms and ensure compliance across banking processes

Required Qualifications

2 - 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or operations

Strong knowledge of KYC, banking onboarding, and payment processing

Proven ability to execute tasks effectively with a high degree of excellence

Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused with a passion for addressing complex queries and solving issues
