Job description

Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Sales Performance Leader to join our team in St. Louis, US.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while selling and marketing our products, ensuring exceptional performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

This role involves leading a team of sales associates, providing leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, and continuing to perform retail sales responsibilities at an exceptional level.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain overall team performance

Provide leadership in customer service and care

Perform retail sales responsibilities at an exceptional level

Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to management

Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need :

A high school diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of retail management experience with luxury and / or custom products

Strong sales skills in a consultative environment

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others
