A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Respond to high volume incoming customer inquiries via phone regarding spending account products Educate customers on IRS regulations and various spending accounts, claims processing, and reimbursement procedures Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely manner Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred Must be 18 years of age or older One to two years of customer service and / or call center experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems Ability to work in a secure, distraction-free home environment
