Roles & Responsibilities :
Conduct investigations, assess liability, develop and implement litigation strategies.
Manage client medical treatment, case files, draft demand letters, and negotiate settlements.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; take and defend depositions.
Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and courtroom hearings.
Serve as first or second chair in trials, assist in jury selection, direct / cross-examinations, and case presentation.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
Minimum 5 years personal injury litigation experience with first or second-chair trial experience.
Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000 / year with discretionary bonuses.
