Job description
  • Position :
  • VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Lead Superintendent
  • Location :
  • Samsung Plant, Austin, Texas
  • Pay Rate :
  • $42-$50 per hour
  • Hours :
  • 50+ per week
  • Responsibilities :
  • Lead Revit model production
  • Ensure client satisfaction and review constructability
  • Perform quality control on drawings and materials
  • Coordinate weekly team updates
  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Maintain and enforce BIM procedures
  • Prepare 3D drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, CADmep, and Navisworks
  • Qualifications :
  • 10+ years in BIM / 3D modeling
  • Strong knowledge of BIM technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
