What we do :
We are seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to play a leading role in shaping The Trade Desk's growth through mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments. This role will report directly to the head of corporate development and work closely with the senior leadership team to identify, evaluate, and execute inorganic growth opportunities that align with the company's strategic vision.
What you'll do :
Partner with executive leadership to define and prioritize inorganic growth areas
Lead deal evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
Collaborate with product and business development leaders to structure and advance strategic partnerships.
Partner with functional leaders to design Day 1 and Day 100 integration plans.
Build and help manage a lean, high-performing corporate development team.
Who you are :
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary range : $182,800 – $335,200 USD. The Trade Desk also offers comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well‑being benefits, reimbursement for tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time, vacation time, and 13 paid holidays per year. Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Interns are not eligible for variable incentive awards such as stock-based compensation, retirement plan, vacation, tuition reimbursement or parental leave.
