Job Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced candidate who meets the following requirements :

• Proven experience in engineering or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc., are highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and decision-making.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
