A company is looking for a Claims Help Desk Assistant Manager, responsible for overseeing the Claims Help Desk and Technical Support functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees execution of Claims Help Desk and Technical Support functions to ensure service excellence
Drives resolution of complex technical issues and collaborates with cross-functional teams
Conducts performance reviews, provides coaching, and manages team resources and training
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Six years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related fields
Preferred experience with JIRA and Guidewire, or relevant certifications
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Customer service designations such as Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) are preferred
