Closing Managers / Shift Leaders Wanted
Join our Dunkin' team as a Closing Manager or Shift Leader. Shift Leaders guide Crew Members to uphold operational brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. They set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, celebrating achievements and offering timely feedback.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
- Math and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
