Location : Irving, TX (Corporate Office)

Employment Duration : Regular, Full-time

Work Schedule : Monday - Thursday 8 : 30 to 5 pm; Remote Fridays, Limited Travel

Salary : $55,000 / year + housing discount + benefits

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a detail-loving, regulation-savvy Compliance Specialist to help keep our properties running by the book. If you're someone who knows the ins and outs of housing regulations and enjoys making sure everything's done right, this might be the perfect fit.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Making sure we're following all the ruleslocal, state, and federal (think HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, ADA, and more).
• Ensuring paperwork and records are inspection-ready at all times.
• Visiting properties to check for compliance and help fix any issues that pop up.
• Training and supporting our property teams when new regulations roll out.
• Preparing reports and completing audits.
• Staying up-to-date on housing laws and making sure the rest of us are too.
• Working closely with property managers, leasing teams, and others to keep everything running smoothly.
• Additional administrative tasks and projects.
