JOB SUMMARY :

The Warehouse Associate / Driver at Polyvinyl Films is a Hybrid position. This unique role combines the warehouse responsibilities with packaging duties and also includes a driving component. This position will work in our warehouse for a majority of the day, performing duties such as packaging, sorting, inventory management, forklift operating, and shipping / receiving. Approximately 10% of the day will be spent shuttling materials from one polyvinyl plant to another, using a boxtruck. The ideal candidate for the position should have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and possess a valid Class D Drivers’ License.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Warehouse / Packaging Duties (90% of the day) :

• Accurately package and label products for shipping.
• Assist with inventory control and organization of warehouse stock.
• Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if trained), and other tools as required.
• Assist with receiving shipments and checking goods for quality and quantity.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure they are properly documented.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Salary Range : $18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour

This range reflects the base salary that Polyvinyl Films Inc. reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role, based on current market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
