Our hiring process, step-by-step

Talent call : You'll meet with one of our Talent team members and have an exploratory call about the role requirements, life at Prolific, as well as your background and aspirations.

Hiring manager interview : During this stage, you'll meet with the hiring manager and potentially another team member. You'll have the chance to dive deep into discussions about Prolific, the team, and the role itself. We'll explore your experience, relevant skills, and your reasons for wanting to join Prolific.

Panel interview : This stage focuses on evaluating your suitability for the role. Depending on the position, you might complete a task or deliver a presentation. It's your moment to highlight the skills you've discussed during the hiring manager interview. You'll be compensated with a 50 / $50 voucher for completing the task as we know your time is valuable!

Final interview : A Principles Interview is our final hiring stage, focusing on your fit with Prolific's core principles. This interview highlights how well you embody the necessary skills and values fundamental to Prolific's culture and success. As always, you'll have plenty of time to ask questions about the role and company.

After the interview : After you finish our hiring process, the Talent team will send out a survey to get your feedback. We review all feedback monthly to keep our hiring process world class.
