ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Assistant Plumbing Service Manager, you oversee a team of field technicians, dispatchers, customer service reps, and other support staff to ensure successful daily operations across the board. You inspire your team to do their best, provide training to strengthen weak areas, and tweak our processes to optimize efficiency and grow revenue. In your day-to-day, you delegate tasks, supervise the work, and offer constructive feedback.

Attentively, you oversee projects from dispatch to job completion, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout all stages. To help increase profits, you manage our pricing and offer staff advice on converting leads into customers. You promote on-site safety, assist office operations, and provide after-hours technician support as needed.
