Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care Center - Chicago, IL
- Seeing ages 2+, will be seeing both migrant health patients and regular patients
- Full time 40 hours / week
- Monday Friday 8AM-5PM, some light Saturday coverage as needed
- ASAP start upon credentialing
- Assignment Length : 3-month initial contract with extension options
