Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison to resolve customer issues and ensure contractor compliance with established standards
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, in a timely manner
Train contractors and adjusters on products and provide technical support as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Two years of customer service experience
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
