Responsibilities : Daily Documentation

Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s

Notify pharmacy of new orders.

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse LPN License within the state of Wisconsin
