Role Description

This is a contract role for an Acquisition and Sales Assistant, based in San Diego County, CA, with a hybrid work setup allowing some work from home flexibility. The Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for supporting property acquisition processes through research, analysis, and communication. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing presentations, assisting in due diligence, and effectively coordinating with team members and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research skills for acquiring and evaluating data
• Effective Communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Experience in Acquisitions and preparing compelling Presentations
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools
• Experience in real estate or property acquisition is a plus
