We’re hiring Class A drivers out of Chesapeake, VA for a dedicated major retail account. This is 100% touch freight — you unload trailers by hand using rollers, racks, and load bars. Typical week : depart at night, unload early morning, be home for the weekend reset. Expect ~1,000 miles / week.

Pay & Benefits

• $0.90 per mile
• Average $1,800 weekly
• $300 orientation pay (first paycheck)
• $100 weekly safety bonus
• $240 unload pay per trailer
• $40 short-haul pay (under 51 miles)
• $20 stop pay per stop
• Benefits after 30 days : Medical, Dental, Vision; 401(k); Paid Time Off

Schedule & Home Time

Night departures → early-morning store deliveries → home weekends (34-hour reset). Occasional Saturday runs.
