Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Small Projects Journeyman Plumber :
- Maintain a clean work site.
- Install plumbing systems.
- Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers.
- Review materials needed for the job well in advance.
- Notify the general manager of any items that will improve project productivity.
- Review and maintain project productivity.
- Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor.
- Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service
Experience and Requirements :
- Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License
- Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience with commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects
- 5 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow plans and specs
