SAP HANA Test Lead

Role : SAP HANA Test Lead.

Location : Houston TX (Hybrid)

Who are we looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience (Level 6). with deep functional and technical expertise in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead and support the migration of SAP Callidus Oracle to HANA GCP ensuring seamless integration across various upstream and downstream systems including Agent Onboarding Licensing & Commissions (ELC) Compensation Management and Policy Administration platforms such as ALIP and Navisys.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design develop and maintain SAP HANA solutions for insurance business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing and future landscape related to :
• Agent onboarding and lifecycle management
• Licensing & Commissions (ELC)
• Compensation and incentive structures
• Policy details include premiums refunds riders waivers and annualization
• Integrate and support Policy Admin Systems (ALIP Navisys) with downstream SAP modules.
• Manage inbound and outbound data feeds including : DTCC APAY XML Payryte K51
• Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and analytics dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Support SAP GL accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Perform functional and integration testing across systems and data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to commissionable transactions and policy data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data mapping transformation and validation.
