Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, patient education, and operating dialysis equipment. The position may involve working with chronic and acute dialysis patients. This role involves 12-hour shifts , with required weekend, holiday, and floating availability. Compliance completion may take 4–6 weeks . Voice and nurse manager interviews are required. Scheduled shifts must be made up as necessary by department policy.
