We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admissions Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with the necessary information and support to make informed decisions about their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess strong communication skills, including public speaking and academic advising expertise.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Educate potential applicants about the university's programs, admission requirements, and campus resources.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to promote the university and its offerings.
- Assist students in completing their applications and provide guidance on required documentation.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- Utilize CRM software for managing student records and tracking admissions progress.
- Participate in recruiting events, such as college fairs and open houses, to attract new students.
- Provide ongoing support and academic advising to enrolled students as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and precisely in a (English and Spanish) format.Background in academic advising or education administration is highly desirable.Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and adhering to regulatory compliance and institutional policies.Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed in their educational pursuits.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.2+ Years ExperienceLanguage :
