Travel Interventional Radiology Tech - $3,117 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 9 hours, days Employment Type : Travel 7 : 30AM-4 : 00PM Unit Information : Interventional Radiology Location : Mission Hospital Tell us about the unit(s) :

• Number of Beds - 2 single plane (GE) and 2 biplane rooms (Philips)
• Number of Staff - 15 techs currently plus manager and Data / Quality Analyst; nursing support for each room as well.
• Type of staff : o Day Shift - 2 techs per room, 1 nurse per room o Night Shift - 1 tech and 1 RN onsite
• Patient Ratios - 1 : 1
• Type of equipment - single plane = GE; biplane = Philips. Also have one Invasive CT scanner in the department.
• EMR - Cerner (Radnet) Must have : Previous Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) Previous neurointerventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) 2 years ICU or ED experience and previous IR experience, moderate sedation experience ARRT BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Vascular OR experience
• Cath Lab experience
• VI Registered List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :
• Dialysis work( Permcaths, fistulagrams), neph tubes, arteriograms / embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases
• Cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, vertebroplasties Best personality Fit :

• VOR Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every 7th weekend
