Job description6-hr shifts : cases 12 / 13-hr shifts : cases Patient mix : 50% Internal / Family Medicine, 25% Pediatrics, 25% Specialty Board Certified in Family Medicine Iowa license preferred (IMLC LOQ accepted if no active IA license) Proficient with Cerner EMR Comfortable treating all ages and urgent care presentations (sprains, fractures, infections, URIs, abdominal / back pain, animal bites, reproductive tract infections, etc.) Competitive hourly rate + OT / callback for patient care after scheduled shift Premium (1.5x rate) for observed holidays Charting time included in shift hours Orientation provided by department chair and partners Business casual or scrubs dress code

Dates of Need : Starting December 1, 2025 ongoing
Schedule :
- 3 5 shifts per week
- Shifts :
- Mon Fri : 7a 7p, 8a 8p, or 2p 8p
- Sat / Sun / Holidays : 8a 5p
Practice Setting : Busy multispecialty urgent care environment with access to a nearby Level II trauma hospital (350 beds).
