Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business development for security guard services and security equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a marketing mindset who can represent the company in meetings with decision-makers, communicate clearly, and manage relationships from first conversation through contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business relationships with corporate clients, private venues, clubs, and event operators
· Prospect and manage outreach using CRM, email campaigns, , and other professional channels
· Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with ownership groups, general managers, and stakeholders
· Assess client needs and present well-structured, professional security solutions
· Prepare clear, polished proposals, estimates, and presentations
· Track sales activity, outreach, and pipeline performance accurately in CRM
· Coordinate closely with leadership and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding
· Represent Nola Protection professionally in formal and high-visibility environments
Qualifications
· Proven experience in B2B sales with a marketing background, preferably in services, staffing, events, or security
· Comfortable engaging with executives, venue leadership, and high-net-worth clients
· Strong computer skills, including CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Polished, professional demeanor with strong situational awareness
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing an independent sales pipeline
· College degree preferred
· Flexible availability to attend meetings or events as needed
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000
Commission: Lucrative performance-based structure
