A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator to join their HR team for approximately 5 months.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate employee relations allegations of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation
Identify risk areas and implement proactive measures to ensure a positive employee experience
Contribute to Global Employee Relations projects and foster a culture of belonging within the team
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in Employee Relations
Experience leading investigations related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation allegations
Familiarity with global employment law, including EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
Experience in a matrixed, global environment with deep employee relations expertise
Ability to manage time-sensitive and highly confidential situations
