Position: Sweeper / General Cleaner
Location: Vista, CA
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sweeper to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout a busy warehouse and production facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping workspaces safe, clean, and efficient for the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors in warehouse and production areas
• Remove trash, boxes, and debris throughout the day
• Keep walkways and workstations clear and organized
• Assist with general upkeep of restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
• Support production staff with basic housekeeping or cleanup tasks as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in warehouse or janitorial work preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
