Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University however experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Experience managing multiple projects. Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel required. Must have ability to read and comprehend project drawings and specifications.

We are currently working with a General Contractor / Construction Management specialist in the Long Island area.
They work right across commercial, government, healthcare, industrial, retail and higher education sectors.
Well respected with over 25 years serving the Long Island, New York City and Tri-State area
ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will be involved in preparing estimates, selecting vendors, determining cost effectiveness, compiling submittals by reviewing plans, determining and / or gathering information for the project scope of work, attending periodic field and / or client meetings as well as all other aspects of construction management as necessary.
