Job description:

• Communicate with clients
• Supervise legal assistants
• Attend client board/member meetings
• Prepare and pursue judicial foreclosures
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and court briefings

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Texas and the Western District of Texas
• Proficient with MS Office
• Able to maintain a full-time, in-person working schedule and meet billing minimums
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under deadlines
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Approachable with a customer service mentality
• Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced work environment
