Travel rates : 48 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility) $30 / hour (40 Regular hours) $1,200 $45 / OT (8 Overtime hours) $360 Meal Allowance : $130 / day ($910 / week) Lodging Reimbursement : $190 / day ($1,330 / week) $3,800 gross per week Healthcare Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision. Our base plans are all free and covered by the company. Queen's Manamana - CVICU RNs (2 positions) Start Date : 12 / 01 Duration : 13 weeks (No RTO) Shift : ROT Hours : 48 hours guaranteed Requires : 2 years staff RN experience in CVICU at a Level 1 Trauma Center Active Hawaii License AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and AHA NIHSS. Must be current and valid for the duration of the initial contract. EPIC EMR experience required.
