LCPC – Part-Time Telehealth (Maryland) | Sanare Counseling Group

Comp : 65% split (earnings typically $65–$110 / hr depending on payer / session type)

Schedule : Part-time, you set your hours (minimum 10 client hours / week preferred)

Location : Remote—Maryland residents or MD-licensed clinicians

Sanare Counseling Group is a clinician-centered practice serving adolescents, families, and adults across Maryland. We pair strong clinical care with white-glove admin support so you can do your best work.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual (and optional family) outpatient therapy via secure telehealth
Maintain timely notes in TherapyNotes and collaborate with our care team
Join optional case consultations and specialty tracks (trauma, adolescent, perinatal, ADHD)

What We Handle (so you don’t have to)

Referrals and steady caseload

Credentialing / paneling and billing

Scheduling support, client onboarding, and no-show / late-cancel policies

EHR, outcomes tracking, marketing, and admin

Our Payers

Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, BCBS / CareFirst, Medicaid, and more.

Qualifications

Active Maryland LCPC (or immediate eligibility)

NPI and CAQH (or willingness to obtain)

Comfortable with telehealth and evidence-based, goal-oriented care

Experience with adolescents / teens, trauma, anxiety, and depression is a plus

Compensation & Support

65% split with typical realized earnings $65–$110 / hr
