We are seeking a Program Medical Director to lead and develop a comprehensive neonatal system of care in Las Vegas, NV. The Board-Certified Neonatologist will focus on the clinical practice of a large team of physicians and advanced practitioners. This market approach works closely with three (3) hospitals :

1.Sunrise Children's Hospital - a Level III NICU with 72 beds

2.MountainView Hospital - a Level III NICU with 24 beds

3.Southern Hills Medical Center - a Level III NICU with 15 beds

These HCA owned hospitals are seeking a collaborative leader to lead and continue helping their hospitals to provide the best possible service to the patients they serve. Combined, they have over 8,000 deliveries and have a combined ADC of 85.

Services include :

• Neonatal ECMO, iNO, high frequency ventilation, (jet and oscillators) and total body cooling.
• Full pediatric subspecialty support including a busy pediatric cardiovascular surgery program.
• Resident and medical student teaching with an opportunity for an academic appointment.
• CQI and clinical research opportunities.
