We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager - Lease Accounting to help shape the future of our accounting and financial processes for strategic partnerships.

The Lease Accounting & Analysis Team is part of Microsofts Corporate Accounting organization. The team is responsible for the accounting, analysis, and reporting of all lease transactions in the Companys 10Q and 10K in accordance with ASC842 and supporting compliance with the Companys IFRS16 reporting requirements. The team partners closely with accounting and finance teams supporting the designing, building, and operation of cloud data centers and offices worldwide, accounting for leases covering a broad business scope including data centers, offices, server and networking equipment. As our supported businesses grow, the team remains innovative, leveraging technology for continuous process improvement. The Senior Accounting Manager - Lease Accounting will be primarily responsible for certain regions of our datacenter portfolio.
