We are seeking a highly driven and strategically oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Auto Americas Sales Ops team. This advanced role is central to shaping and scaling our operational excellence & commercial intelligence vision across the Americas region. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how we plan, operate, and grow by leading intelligence initiatives that combine external market dynamics with internal business performance and system evolution. This role is ideal for a high-impact team player, with experience at the intersection of analytics, systems thinking, and strategic influence - someone ready to step into broader and cross-functional ownership.

Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. A hybrid background blending business / industry knowledge with strong data fluency is ideal. Preference for candidates with an economics / strategic planning foundation who are comfortable interpreting and working with data.
