Job Description
The Coordinator will create, strengthen, and reinforce strong academic cultural expectations for our scholars, and work to support the overall mission of preparing scholars for college and beyond.
The Coordinator reports directly to the Director of School Culture and works with school staff members and building leadership to identify, coordinate individual scholars academic, cultural, and school attendance goals.
The Coordinator is primarily responsible for collaborating with the Director of School Culture, building leadership team, and teachers to successfully implement school academic and culture systems.
These systems are designed to maintain high expectations for scholars while fostering their overall development (academic, social-emotional, and wellness).
Support the school's mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies towards scholars, parents / guardians, and co-workers.
Provide academic and behavioral support to teachers / scholars in the Saturday University.
